Returns & Exchanges
A.P.C. allows you to return items purchased online within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale goods, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your A.P.C. customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
